Angry?

Managing anger, here we go.

1. Change the way you think. Some things might seem frustrating and awful, but remember, it's not the end of the world. Well, everybody somehow is having a bad day, we never knew about them.
And this fact somehow states that your bad day is not the reason for the world to end today.

2. Learn to solve problem. But you first might have to cope with the problem rather than completely solving it. You know, you may not change the world entirely but you may let others know that you have plans to change it.
So, you might want to do some swift research on the stake holders and how to deal with them.

3. Try to communicate better and never let emotions take over your actions.
Do listen, take time, think, rationalize, summarize and only then, speak. Building a dinasty takes ages.
Don't get angry, don't get angry, don't ever get angry.

4. Use humor when possible. Others might smile or giggle but simultaneously take the lesson. Who doesn't love humor?

In my words,
You actually do know when you're angry. It's about entirely realising that you're displaying the anger.
If you're born sensitive, and (as bonus) you know that you are 'that' sensitive, be sensible. There are billions of angry people and I know you wouldn't wanna join them.

Be sensible, have patience, hold your breath, release everything with a sigh.
And it is when you don't care, the feeling wouldn't exist. So, care less about your negative feelings, and love more.

Remember.

  • The world is not at the end when something bad happens.
  • Don't let emotions ever take control of you.
  • Try your best to avoid displaying the anger. You might be given sympathies but aren't sympathies looking bad?
Take care.
